She is blind. She is still a little baby isn't she? Her birthdate is July 1, 2007. She just turned 4. Can you imagine living in an orphanage and not being able to see. Who will protect her from abuse? Who will protect this child from being sexually exploited?  God be with her. She is available for adoption into your family if you want to take a leap of faith.
