I look at the little hands and imagine

I thank God that her birth mother provided a future for this special girl. There were options that would have left an unspeakable void in my life and the lives of everyone those little hands will ever touch. Happy Mother's Day to those ladies that held my babies when they were not yet mine. Open adoption, I wish we would have had that option. Right now that "void" in her history is mine to hold. She doesn't understand yet that I would give absolutely anything to just have a glimpse of a mother that could have conceived a treasure such as her.

Happy Mother's Day

We are celebrating this day!

Today we finally sent all our paperwork for our son Andrew. Wanted to celebrate by posting some baby photos of him as these are all we have right now. The first steps to this adoption took about 6 months and the second steps take about 6 months. So according to our hopes, we are half way there. He is in Anyang China.

Happy Day! Praise God who makes our paths straight. Anybody know any names that mean "arrow"?
